I have been with the mount surgery for 45 years and always found the doctors and staff very professional and helpfull seeing they have a very busy job to do they will go that extra mile to help you and give you advise.

Staff at all levels are brilliant had a prescription issue which the receptionist resolved phoned organised an appointment and saved me a lot of time and effort
GP’s are extremely well qualified and experienced and very supporting can’t praise the practice enough

Make appointments more accessible retrain reception staff or replace altogether and clean more!!!
